Discovery Flights
A discovery flight is an introductory flight where you will experience flying firsthand. We will let you take control of the aircraft in the air!
During this flight, you will get a walkthrough of everything a pilot does before, during, and after a flight.
Discovery Flights are a great way to introduce flying and see if being a pilot is what you want to pursue as a hobby or career.
Our Flight Instructors will give you a hands-on introduction to flying. Some of the basic flight maneuvers you will do include: slow flight, steep turns, and turns around a point.
There is no age requirement for a discovery flight. Children and adults are welcome to fly.

Discovery Flight Pricing
These aircraft contain tricycle landing gear, where two wheels are in the center of the plane and the third wheel sits in the front towards the nose. This type of plane is easier to land and fly. It is a great airplane to do flight lessons in.

We offer discovery flights out of multiple 4-seater aircraft. There are high-wing and low-wing options. You are more than welcome to bring a friend with you!

Tailwheel Discovery Flight Pricing
A Tailwheel Aircraft, or Taildragger, contains conventional landing gear, where two wheels are in the center of the plane and the third wheel sits in the back towards the tail. This type of plane is typically harder to land, but it is definitely fun to fly.
Robbins Flight Training
We offer discovery flights out of a Cessna 170A aircraft. You are more than welcome to bring a friend with you for an additional $50!
